Drink plenty of water
Water has always been humans number 1 health hack. Water helps regulate our body temperature, remove toxins through perspiration and regulate bowel movements.
Exercise
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. *Be conscious of crowded gyms and environments where you may be over whelmed to maintain your hygiene standard like bumping into people at a concert or a sweaty high five.
Consume less alcohol
Your body doesn’t need to fight a hangover as well - Alcohol is a poison when it enters the body your body does everything in its power to get it out. Maybe its unrealistic to think we’ll stop altogether but if you do jump in the sauna and sweat out the baddies.
Use Tea tree oil (natural antibacterial)
