At City Cave we are constantly looking at ways to improve our processes and we have taken this opportunity to further our training and increase hygiene levels in our centres.

Being the biggest brand in this space world wide we are working very hard to maintain our standards and trust with out customers.

Overall we want a clean and safe environment for all staff and customers to enjoy City Cave as a place to relax and not worry about the stresses of normal day to day life.

In all of our cleaning products we try our very best to be conscious of the environment and also conscious of a health standard above the rest. A combination of the two mind sets and in depth staff training has been a testament to all of our centres success.

We believe a clean cave is a full cave - we really appreciate any feedback on how we can improve.
