Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date. Please note additional T&Cs for introductory passes apply. It is the clientโ€™s responsibility to keep an eye on the expiry date and make good use of the voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Gift cards must be presented at appointment or the normal appointment charges will apply.

Gift vouchers for other services are not transferrable for massage therapy.

Refund and Returns

Our returns policy is outlined below:

Please note City Cave does not exchange or refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases

The Australian Consumer Law applies to all requests for returns, refunds and repairs where the goods purchased are faulty and or are not as described

All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt. All purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs to return the order is the responsibility of the customer. Please note the item must be in original condition including packaging, original tags and labels still attached and the item is unused and is as sold.

Shipping and Delivery

Please note that in usual times we endeavour to have your order packed and sent within 48hours, however during peak/sale periods orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the amount of orders we are receiving. If you have any urgent requests, please email us at support@citycave.com.au and we will confirm we will be able to have your order processed express.

Orders are sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 1-4 business days from date of dispatch. You will receive an email with the tracking details from this date.
